From an early age, I have been fascinated by people and the stories they carry, which naturally led me into a career in Human Resources. Over the years, and particularly as I took on more senior roles, I discovered coaching and developed a genuine passion for helping others grow and reach their potential.

While coaching has always been part of my work, I chose to pursue it more intentionally by completing INSEAD’s Coaching Certificate — eight months of learning, reflection, and growth alongside an inspiring group of peers and mentors.

What drives me most is supporting professionals as they navigate their careers and unlock potential that often remains untapped. As a coach, I aim to create a safe and empowering space where individuals can grow, gain clarity, and achieve meaningful outcomes, guided by empathy, trust, and a belief in each person’s ability to shape their own path.
